Once hypnotized, my consciousness remained clear, but the body felt as if wrapped in warm sunlight, gradually losing its weight. Gradually, my chaotic thoughts became calm, breathing deepened, and the sense of time began to blur. When Karen asked me to describe the scene, the imagery was unexpectedly vivid, accompanied by subtle emotional fluctuations, as if I were actually there, losing in time and space.
Upon opening my eyes after the hypnosis, I felt like I had just woken from a deep afternoon nap, yet my mind was unusually refreshed, all the stagnation in my head swept away. Most remarkably, there was a sense of release, a feeling of peacefully surrendering myself.
