The time to get to know you and explore your set of questions that you are feeling resonate with your current situation now.


2.The induction
As a facilitator, I will guide you to a relaxed meditation state with my instruction.
4.Connecting to your higher self
After navigating your soul journey, we move to talk to your higher self and navigate your set of questions.
5.Post-session discussion
Go through the answers coming from your higher self.

We will navigate your soul journey together and scenarios that come through from your higher self.

Tips for the session


Avoid alcohol and coffee the day before and in the morning before the session
Take a moment beforehand to set a clear intention for what you want to explore. It’s helpful to prepare a list of questions in advance—focus on the themes that feel most important or most present for you right now.
Please write your questions on paper or print them out and bring them with you on the day of the session. Based on my experience, keeping the list to under 10 questions works best. If you have more than that, please rank them in order of priority, as we may not have time to go through every single one.
There won’t be scheduled breaks for meals, so you may want to eat beforehand—just not too heavily. You’re welcome to bring simple snacks or drinks if you feel you might need them.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and please skip perfume or strong essential oils that could be distracting.
Finally, try to keep your schedule open for the rest of the day. It’s important to give yourself time to rest and integrate the insights and healing that come through during the session.
Pro-session, you will receive your recording after. Listen to your recording as much as you can. You will always find answers from time to time!
Sometimes you may not get all answers at once. Trust the divine timing, it may come to your dreams or meditation after the session. Stay open-minded :)
